Any healing process is hard to do without a spiritual part which can give a change to our way of thinking. It is our mind who brings all troubles.
But I can not imagine that every person would start with meditation or prayer, some poeple don´t believe in anything and it could be a long journey for them.
But I know something what works very well and is so easy that even children can do it.
Let me explain you basic of this system.
Your main power is our mind. It can kill you or heal you...as you decide.
Our mind is able to atract and manifest any energy. It depends on us which one we choose.
If we support mind and it's ideas by vision, it is even stronger.
This is an universal law of attraction...what you think of, it will happen.
There is not need much faith, but one should believe there is higher energy, for example energy of our soul or our mind or Creator´s energy, and we can use it in our life for any purpose.
There is more ways how to work with our thinking. I want to tell you about one that you can really enjoy. It is not boring at all and works very well.
KINGDOM OF HEAVEN
This idea comes from system called Mandala of life. I was inspired by that and I made it in my way.
The point is that you have to make a vission of yourself that you are a king or a queen in your kingdom. Your palace is your body.
Then you have to sit on your throne and start rulling.
You have to talk to your "people", to your cells. For most of people it will be the first time that they approach their cells.
These cells are always very happy for that and give you great respond.
You have to watch yourself how you deal with your body. When you sit on throne you can easily watch "programs" of your subconcess mind and you can change it.
Some people for example can not sit on their own throne because there is sitting their husband or even dog instead of them. They are surprised and for some of them it takes time before they make decision to change it.
To sit on own throne means to take a responsibility for life.
Some people feel strange that they have to give "orders" to the cells. They can not understand that cells are here to serve them with love...
And when those things are solved with help of someone who leads throught that vision it is time to do some work.
You can invite any healing power in your life...angels, masters or even God. When you invite them, they are present and you can talk to them.
Personally I must say that this point completely changed all my life, when I have invited among all master also Jesus Christ. I experienced the greatest mirracle I can imagine...but about that perhaps latter.
Then you can do whatever you want...you can work with angel's energy and give them responsibility for many things. You can have angel's healers or warriors.
By this way you can find more about yourself, you can solve your health problems, financial situation etc. You can enjoy an amazing game, but it will be reall.
You will create a new cosmos inside your body and make a new rules in harmony with Universe.
You can make space of joy, love, health and abundance of everything.
You can feel life changes on the deepest levels and you can build amazing relationship with your cells, feel their change, support and love...yes, you will feel what it is to be loved by your body and each cell will vibrate by shining health and joy.
